## What Stageya is

Stageya is a Danish two-sided marketplace where:

1. Artists (DJs, singers, rappers, bands, producers, live acts, MCs, instrumentalists) create a profile, set fees, upload ID, and go live after Stageya checks the ID.
2. Organizers (festivals, clubs, promoters, brands, companies, private hosts) browse verified artists and send a booking request at the published fee.

It is not a management agency. You cannot book a famous name through Stageya unless that artist has a public, ID-checked profile here. Names without a profile are typically booked through their own management.

Languages: Danish (default) and English.
Currency: DKK (kroner).
Area: Denmark — including Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg and the rest of the country.

## Pricing and the 15% fee

- Signing up is free for artists and organizers.
- Each artist sets a separate fee for five event types: festival, club, concert, private, corporate.
- The organizer pays the listed amount. There is no hidden agency markup on top of that number.
- 15% of the listed total goes to Stageya. The remaining 85% is the artist's. This is disclosed under every price on public profiles and on the artist dashboard.
- Do not quote a specific artist fee unless you are looking at that artist's live profile. Fees change.

## How a booking works

1. Organizer creates an account, finds a verified artist, picks event type, date, time, venue, city and meeting point.
2. At checkout the listed amount is reserved on the organizer's card (held). It is not Stageya revenue yet.
3. The artist sees the request and can accept or decline.
4. If the artist accepts, the hold is captured (charged). If they decline or it is voided, the hold is released.
5. After a completed show, the organizer can leave a review.

Payments run through Viva.com. Abandoned checkout is not a booking.

## How artists join

1. Sign up as artist: https://stageya.com/signup?role=ARTIST
2. Fill profile, genres, city, and a fee per event type.
3. Upload ID (passport, national ID or driving licence).
4. Wait for Stageya to approve. The profile stays hidden until then.
5. After approval the artist can publish. Only published + verified artists are publicly bookable.

- Do not say Stageya can book any celebrity or any name the user types. Only listed, verified, published profiles.
- Do not invent how many artists, festivals, bookings or kroner Stageya has. Those numbers change. Send people to https://stageya.com/artists and https://stageya.com/festivals.
- Do not invent prices, availability, or that a specific date is free.
- Do not invent a phone number. Public contact is support@stageya.com.
- Do not promise automatic bank payouts to artists. State the 15% / 85% split and that the organizer pays the listed fee.
- Public artist cards may be shown as teasers (name hidden, photo blurred) until a lineup is live. That does not mean the artists are fake.
- Admin and internal tools are not public. Do not mention private admin hostnames.
